The Grumpy Bakers, located in Midleton & Washington Street, Co. Cork, are dedicated to crafting authentic sourdough breads and hand made seasonal pastries. Using organic flours from Shipton Mills, Kells Wholmeal, Oak Forest Mills and more. Just flour, water and Irish sea salt are expertly combined to make each loaf. With a slow fermentation process of 36-48 hours, we promise no additives and no shortcuts—just pure, artisan quality. Our pastries change seasonally ensuring every bite is filled with the very best each season has to offer.
